About the club

West Hallam Junior Football Club was founded in 1886. Since its inception the club has been a facet of the local community and surrounding areas. Originally, the club was just a Senior team but with the introduction of the Junior section in 1980 by Roger Green and Phil Kerry, the club has grown rapidly since then to the present day. ​The club attained the highest FA Charter Standard award of Community Club in 2008, showing the hard work and role the club has played in the local community. As a Community Club we have teams ranging from U7s to U16s, along with a Development Section who train on Friday evenings for children aged 4-6. The club also plays host to girls teams as well.
