sponsorgrassroots.co.uk ("the Platform", "we", "us") is a grassroots sports sponsorship directory operated by The Business Ally Ltd. Our registered office is in the United Kingdom. The Platform connects grassroots sports clubs and local businesses without acting as a broker or intermediary in any transaction.

2. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the site. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time; continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

3. Who can use the Platform

The Platform is intended for:

• Clubs — grassroots amateur sports clubs seeking sponsorship for their teams.
• Sponsors — businesses or individuals looking to sponsor local sports teams.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register for an account. By registering you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.

4. Accounts and club listings

When you register and list a club you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Ensuring that all club, team, and sponsorship information you publish is accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• Keeping your listings current and removing expired opportunities promptly.

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts and listings that violate these terms, contain false information, or are used for fraudulent purposes.

5. Sponsorship transactions

The Platform is a directory and introduction service only. We do not handle payments, negotiate deals, or act as a party to any agreement between a club and a sponsor. Any contract formed is solely between the club and the sponsor. We accept no liability for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from such arrangements.

6. Prohibited conduct

You must not use the Platform to:

• Post false, misleading, defamatory, or offensive content.
• Infringe third-party intellectual property rights (including logos, trademarks, or images you do not own or have permission to use).
• Scrape, harvest, or mass-collect data from the Platform without our prior written consent.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

All Platform design, code, and original content is the property of The Business Ally Ltd and is protected by UK copyright law. Club-uploaded content (logos, images, text) remains the property of the respective club; by uploading it you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display it on the Platform.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is". We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all liability for losses arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profit, data, or goodwill.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
